Context

For context I created mind maps to help layout theme ideas exploring each one strength and weakness to help single out which one would be easy and beneficial. Second mind map would be to decide what media format I should use. How I did that was by labelling each format seeing what requirements each platform would need to be effective, cheaper and less money effective. This is why I chose a good vs evil production because most tech and prop required to make this project were either the collage provided or I already on hand. For why I chose the theme of good vs evil was because not only does it make it easier to find examples and evolution I also have personal knowledge on this subject.

Research

As for research it was half and half as in one side proved to be beneficial such script writing giving an idea what I should say. My document research proved to be insightful even if half the key element near the end proved cut due to run time as well as scheduling. Those little facts and information proved to be quite useful to back up evidence.

Planning and productions

My plan had consisted of a storyboard, a script, and video shot list. There was going to be a film schedule but I threw that idea out the window. Why I chose to do this is so I could release some of the stress that was building up as well as to save time. Not the brightest move I know but when it's just you alone working on one project I think it's better to cut out a few small detailed plans. I created a storyboard tossed it to side after a couple days due to the timeline coming to a swift end. Plus I couldn't obtain an acting crew so what I did is make it a lecture film about good and evil evolution through out media, disusing my opinion and thoughts on this topic.

Practical skills

As for my editing skills not only do I think they went well but it has allowed me to improve and learn on my own. Although I didn't get the chance to fully edit my final project I was able to make transitions between scenes look more natural without feel like cut and pasted. tragically due to time constraints I wasn't able to transitions to all my clips I manged to get most of it done.

As for camera skills I had a bit of help from two my friends with my filming to save some my poor legs from getting up and down. Plus it also saved me from having to cut out a few scenes of getting up and down. Miles also helped to set up camera and a tripod to make insure it was tightly attached and the setting were just right.
